Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. Human Resources Service Delivery Manager in Newport News, Virginia
The Service Delivery Manager ensures that our HR teams are working efficiently and using the information we have to improve service. The position is responsible for ensuring that our knowledgebase is up to date, our case management system is optimized, our associate portal is implemented and updated effectively and that our processes and service are efficient and are providing excellent service to our associates.
The role serves as a key leader in ensuring that the HR Operational Excellent team is the best that it can be. This position will report into the Senior Director of HR Operational Excellence.
This role can be located anywhere in the US. Travel to our corporate headquarters in Newport News, VA, will be periodically necessary.
Expert, advocate and implementer of productivity technology such as:
Business process usage reports
Workday HR Partner Community
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with Workday and/or Service Now is a plus
Commitment to and passion for excellence and taking care of associates
