Job Description:

In preparation for a potential upcoming award, CSRA is seeking candidates looking to join a new Cyber Opportunity in Langley, VA. Successful candidates will provide technical and programmatic expertise and recommendations for the operational transition of cyber work that includes training, policy & governance, plans & programs, operations, requirements and sustainment. Specific clearance levels and certifications are based upon individual position requirements.

Job Description:

  • Support financial management efforts for operations requirements.

  • Participate in Site Activation Task Forces, as directed, to support bed-down and the development of programming plans.

  • Support modernization and sustainment planning across MAJCOMs and agencies, and in coordination with system program managers (SPMs) and Headquarters AF (HAF) functional offices.

  • Assist the ACC Government lead in the PPBE of resources to establish depot capabilities and sustain weapon systems under Centralized Asset Management (CAM).

  • Recommend appropriate operational and support agency representation in the requirements and/or upgrade/modification process.

  • Support oversight of weapon system configuration following established Major Command (MAJCOM) and weapon system SPM procedures.

  • Support establishment of standards, tasks, and formal training requirements for both operations and maintenance (O&M).

  • Support establishment of minimum Readiness Spares Package standards.

  • Assist with defining and documenting fielding requirements for execution.

  • Assist the development and execution of appropriate programming plans that document responsibilities in fielding execution.

Position Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of USG principles, methodologies, and approaches used in Resource Management, Budgeting, and Acquisitions that support cyberspace requirements.

  • Experience developing USG, or corporate sustainment and execution plans.

  • BA/BS Degree

  • 10 years’ experience developing sustainment & executions plans

  • Background in requirements and logistics planning, processes and systems (Joint Readiness Oversight Council (JROC), Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) Centralized Asset Management (CAMs) etc.)

  • Demonstrated experience in cyber and on a MAJCOM, Joint, NAF, HQ or ACC staff.

  • ITIL Certification

  • TS/SCI Clearance Required
